CVS Type 1301F Regulator

The CVS Type 1301F Regulator is designed for high pressure drop applications. It is a direct operated, high-pressure regulator that can accommodate inlet pressures up to 6000 psig (411 bar). Outlet pressures cover from 10 to 225 psig (0.7 to 16 bar) in three separate spring ranges.

The CVS Type 1301F Regulator is versatile enough for air, gas, water or other liquid applications and can be used to regulate pilot supply or for pressure loading where the operating medium is at high pressure which must be reduced for use by gas regulator pilots or pressure-loaded regulators.

Features

• Diaphragm is made up of two stainless steel sheets providing durability and a broad range of allowable temperatures.
  
  
• Valve Disk Holder has a disk on both ends and can be inverted to become a new seating surface.
  
  
• ANSI Class VI Shutoff is achieved utilizing a stainless steel spring and soft seat. Shutoff can be maintained even at low spring settings and high inlet pressures.
  
  
• Sour Gas Service Capability The CVS Type 1301F Regulator complies with the recommendations of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers Standard (NACE) MR0175-92.
