Series 2026/2027A No FreezeMotor Valve

The series 2026/2027A is specifically designed as a high pressure dump valve for separators and othe process vessels. the 2.00" NPT x 1.00" NPT body screws directly into the vessel connection. This places the inner valve inside the vessel which allows any warm fluid present to retard freezing inside the valve body. The 2026/2027A has a maximum pressure of 1500 psi and is stocked standard for sour service.

Series 2075 Control Valve

The Series 2075 (2.00" NPT screwed body ) is an economical low pressure control valve. This valve is ideal for applications where ductile iron can be used on high or low pressure separators, dehydrators and other types of pressure vessels. The 2075 has a maximum working pressure of 600 psi in both angle and globe body styles. A direct or reverse actuator is available and can be furnished with optional NACE (MR-01-75) material.

Series 2275 Control Valve

The Series 2275 (1.00" NPT screwed body) is ideal for use as a dump valve on high or low pressure liquid service on separators, dehydrators, etc. The 2275 can also be used in gas service as a back pressure or reducing valve when used with a pressure pilot. The 2275 comes standard for low-temp, sour service with the body made from A350-LF2 material and has a maximum working pressure of 4000 psi. A direct or reverse, adjustable or non-adjustable actuator is available and can be furnished with optional NACE (MR-01-75) material.

Series 2200/2220 Control Valve

The Norriseal Series 2200 has a wide application for use as a dump as well as modulating valve onhigh pressure scrubbers, separators and other mounting vessels. Available with ASTM A216-WCC 2.00" NPT and 1.00" NPT screwd or ANSI 150-2500 body. The valve is available with quick opening or throttling trim making it ideally suited for oil and gas lease production service when operated by either a modulating or snap acting pilot. All Valves in the 2200 series feature a direct or reverse actuator and can be furnished iwth NACE (MR-01-75) material. The Series 2220 is the compact close coupled version of the Series 2200 and has the same performance characteristics. However, the 2220 (no yoke) should be considered where a position indicator would suffice, a temperature range of -20° to 180°F would be satisfactory, or when an enclosed stem is desireable.
