Series 5000 Bi-Metallic Pneumatic Temperature Controller

The Series 5000 is available with pneumatic non-bleeding or electric operation. With probe lengths of 8" &12", a temperature range of 0° to 650°F , supply pressure of 15-30 psi, and a 3000 psi process working pressure, it is the ideal controller to suit your temperature sensing requirements. The pneumatic controller needs no added parts for reversal, is easily converted to electric operation and has non-bleeding force to balance the pilot. Both styles are mechanically reversible (Direct or Indirect). The electric model EXQ has an explosion proof microswitch (Class 1 groups C & D and Class 2 groups E, F & G), while model OPQ is available with a water tight microswitch (Nema type 1,2,3,4 & 5). Both microswitches are UL and CSA approved.

Series 5030 A Safety Shut-Off Pneumatic Temperature Controller

The Series 5030A Pilot Light Safety Control is a non-bleeding, direct acting temperature controller. Available with stainless steel bellows and probe lengths of up to 36", the 5030A has a maximum worjing pressure of 300 psi. 1.00" NPT process connections are available along with 1/4" NPT supply connections. Supply Pressure is 15-30 psi
