Series 1005E Electric Liquid Level Switch

The Norriseal series 1005E is a float actuated electric switch that opens or closes an electric circuit. The body is furnished in ." or 2.00" NPT size and the material is either carbon steel (plated) or 316 stainless steel. The electric miniature switch can be furnished in SPDT or DPDT. The unit is explosion proof and is CSA approved. The series 1005E switch is designed for rugged use and can be used as a high or low level alarm to monitor liquid level in compressor scrubbers and other types of pressure vessels. This unit is also available for NACE applications. Small external horizontal float chambers are available for applications that require external mounting. of the 1005E switch. 1005P1 Pneumatic Liquid Level Switch

The Norriseal Series 1005P1 is a pneumatic liquid level float actuated switch. Model "O" opens or closes a block and bleed snap acting valve. This switch is used as either a high or low level alarm with pneumatic panels. Model "P" is the same as "O" except a pneumatic three-way pilot valve is added. This style is for use with a pneumatic operated control valve to control liquids in separators and scrubbers, etc.

The 3-way pilot valve has a built in manual overide and porting for piped exhaust. The 1005P1 body is furnished in 2.00" NPT size, either in carbon steel (plated) or 316 stainless steel. The maximum pressure rating is 1500 psi.
